My stay at Costa Pacifica was decent enough, with clean and spacious rooms that I appreciated. The pet-friendly policy is a huge plus, but I found the restaurant service to be quite slow, and the pizza didn’t meet my expectations. Also, the massage rates felt a bit on the high side, and running out of ice for drinks was inconvenient. There's definitely room for improvement.
